Florida is a closed primary state. If you wish to vote in a partisan primary election, you must be a registered voter in the party for which the primary is being held.

Local Polk Ballot
In 2003, the voters of Polk County approved a 1/2 cent sales tax to address critical building and capacity needs of the Polk County Public Schools. This General Election ballot item is to continue the tax.

Amendment 4 will allow former felons to earn the eligibility to vote by completing their full sentence. Everyone deserves a second chance.
